$300, your best best is ads.pof.com
It requires you to think a little, if you want a decent ctr at least. But it's what I would recommend if you want better odds than a casino will give you.

Requires quite a bit of knowledge, a lot longer turn around time, and IMO in the average case the pay isn't worth the work.
POF can bring you a nice ROI as soon as your network reaches it's payday. (1-2 weeks in most cases.)
While you may not get a whole lot on your initial $300, you can build on it. $300 turns to $450. $450 to $700. Ect.

This is the answer that makes most sense. Yes it will take some time and some work before you see profits but it works. Do this and you should have a bunch of websites worth a few thousand dollars within 6 months to a year depending on
1) The Niches You Choose
2) The websites you build
3) The quality of promotion (link building, etc.)
Really it's just those three things.
Here's a tip. Instead of hiring a writer to write original articles, find articles that match your keyword and ask a writer to rewrite it. You'll pay 1/3 of the price of an original article.
