what the difference between ALEXA TRAFFIC and TARGETED TRAFFIC if I want to buy traffic?
do people really help each other here?

Targeted you set your target to how u wan it country/age/sex etc...
Alexa traffic good for increasing Alexa ranking but any real visits on your site will do the same thing
but as of me is waste of $ if I need targeted traffic/real buyers ill do SEO or in worst case advertise tru adwords or similar
