Safe to sell shoutouts trough DM?

What you think, is it safe to sell shoutouts trough dm?
As it's against the Tos of instagram they could just make an overall search for 'paypal' and anyone who use it often in their dm's will get a manual review?
Or when someone report you for selling shoutouts you think it could end up in an ban when you sell shoutouts trough DM?

What you think? Do you know anyone who got banned because of that?

DM is personal no one has access but you..Most business get done thru
DM's so NO it wouldn't be an issue.
