Proxies not working with instagram and followliker

Hello, i have 15 PRIVATE proxies from sslprivateproxy
When i try to access to instagram from browser using foxy proxy i have problem: prntscr[dot]com/92zpbe

Also when i will add proxy to follow liker i have that problem:

Meaby someone have the same problem with instagram and using proxies and was solve it if yes please share tips.

Did you authenticate your isp ip address to ssprivatelproxy?
How are you adding the proxy into FL?

Yes, i can connect to any other website using this proxy.

if you can access other sites without a problem using those proxies, it easily can be that those proxies are banned on instagram, so try to ask for replacements preferably from one or more different ranges, because it can be that the whole range is blacklisted
just try a site like ipchicken, if it shows the proxy ip, it means you configured your browser right and if you can't access instagram, those proxies are no good

the 403 error in the FL log isn't an authentcation error, i'd say, those proxies are banned
