Cache Access Denied on Instagram using FL

Hi lately FL shows this kind of error on my account...
Have any of you guys encounter the same thing..?
can you explain what is this mean..?

normally the 407 error is a proxy authentication error, check if your proxies are authenticated properly either with your ip on the site where you purchased them or in FL with adding the proxy username and password to the accs before you import them into the tool

and you may want to remove the ip address and your ig acc from the error message you pasted above
