"Rule" dating landing page

I want a dating landing page in online marketing terms called the "rules" dating landing page.
If you're familiar in creating landing page for affiliates, you should know what landing page I mean.
The landing page is very "common" in online marketing.
I'm pretty sure some of you might have designed or come across this.


So, I won't be providing more details. (Sorry, if you don't know what I am talking about till now, then you aren't the person for this simple task and I thank you for your time).
It has javascript, date, button functions and timer,etc.


If you have created before or have the copy, hit me up!
I need some minor modification and a full clean landing page code for future customization by myself.
