It's been a blast working on these sites, but I'm getting ready to retire the current $99.95 special pricing.
I'm going to offer 10 more sites at these prices, and then
the prices will be returning to the normal rate of $199.95.
Want a site, but your domain/hosting etc. isn't sorted out yet? Not to worry,
a 50% deposit will get you locked in at the current pricing.
For those of you who don't yet qualify, or who are worried about not being able to take advantage of this offer, I am working on some additional offerings that will make sure you are not left out in the cold:
A DIY "business in a box" type of solution for people who want to "roll their own". It won't have the custom content, and will require a little elbow grease for most people to get it where they want, but it will be considerably less than $100. Look for it coming to BST soon! (Please don't PM me about this, it will be ready when it is ready)
Expanded services offerings. I'm still hammering out the details, but I have a number of upgrades that are going to be available for the standard pro-services sites. Have a suggestion for what you'd like to see available? Please let me know. I can't add every feature, but I will take all suggestions into consideration.
I've had a number of requests for sites/scripting work that really had nothing to do with the pro-services style sites. This is all right, but the few problems that I have run into have been with third party scripts/templates, so I am going to be pretty selective from here on out with what I take.
I've also had a lot of questions about the sites that I offer, so to clarify, my standard sites are:
- Built on Joomla.
- Have a fully functional WYSIWYG editor in the back end, which allows for easy adding/editing of content.
- Have a fully functional contact form (if desired) that can direct to the email of your choice.
- Have a fully functional double opt-in newsletter (if desired), which also has a simple, but functional, bulk newsletter function. It is suitable for a hundred or so emails a day, or more, depending on your host, but for large lists, you should export the addresses and use a professional mailing service. (it will export the list in a friendly format, though)
- Have search engine friendly (SEF) URLs. This is normally really good for SEO purposes, although that isn't much of a consideration for these types of sites, it still makes them look more professional.
- Include stock photos, at least some of which are from iStockPhoto. The fact that iStockPhotos are somewhat recognizable is intentional - it says that the owner of the site is willing to spend money. Sites that only use free stock photos send a different sort of message.
As always, satisfaction is guaranteed. If I take your money, I will deliver a site that you are happy with. If for whatever reason, you are
not happy with it, or I do not deliver it, I will fix it, or refund your money.
All the best,
Matt
