how to avoid ban posting in Groups

Hello i get a ban after 1 Post into FB groups, how can avoid it ? i posted 1 text + link in 5 Fb groups, 2h Later banned

The link is causing you the ban. Wait for few days in the groups and establish yourself as a good trusted

member before posting a link...

AN old account should considered if the age is more then 3 month with few friends and activity.
