How To Make Fanpage LEGALLY Mine?

Hey guys, I recently bought a big fanpage from some guys. I was wondering if they could take it back by appealing to facebook or something similar?

Is there a way to make the page LEGALLY mine, via the law or something? I've made screen shots, screen recordings, with my ID/PASSPORT too.

I heard the option about 'hiden admins', but I'm sure that is long gone, about 2years ago, but what mainly worries me is the appeal thing. What are your suggestions?

There's no way the seller can take it back if you are the only admin(manager) of the page!

no chace to get it back for them .. sold is sold and only you are the admin there.

From what I understand this is not quite so, Facebook does have a submit process which allows for people whos copywrights have been breached or are being publically harrassed by a fan page or whatever.
It is manually reviewed on a case by case basis though by Facebook not by your seller, so all the seller could do to you is initiate the process which would more than likely get the page frozen if they cared enough to do any investigation. Unless they lied saying you hacked the page from them or something.. then they might take some kind of action.

TLDR; In my opinion it is doubtful many Page sellers message facebook and attempt to scam like this, but it IS possible in certain circumstances. Be wary, it is against Facebooks TOS too so you never know what could end up happening.

that's not a problem. When it comes to buy fan pages I'm scared only that I pay and the other person don't send me the fan page
The FB support is sh** so that's not a problem, just think on how monetise it

PS: Massive traffic + Adsense is working very well for me

You buying page on your own risk because it's not legit to sell fan page, no matter if you bought it legit. Selling facebook fan pages is not allowed by facebook. And yes there is possible way that seller get his fan page back, simply by SE, but that would take long effort and time to actually get some one at facebook to replay. But anyway you are safe and you dont have to worry. Enjoy your new page.

i Don't think he can claim it back from you on that issue,people use this trick on twitter many times but its hard in case of facebook since when you contact facebook you can never predict when the're going to answer you and if there id is not hacked or anything i don't think there is any other way that they can appeal for claiming the page.

few points

1. sell/buy pages is not allowed
2. you can't do what you want for reason #1 only
3. IT IS POSSIBLE to buy a page and then lose it to the previous owner, this is from Experience not Earsay, if the page in question is categorized as a PLACE, facebook wll just take it and return it

There is something called developer section which as per my idea develops an integration with the page you manage. As you own it for so long, i dont feel it is going to be of some issue now.

Also in case of pages, which are owned by established personalities, facebook verify them.

i have read before of people loosing their fan page to the previous owner because of appealing. so be careful who you buy from.
