Need help with Paypal Phone Verification

I've been selling on an ebay stealth account and getting money into my stealth paypal. The ebay account is verified and the paypal account is verified with VCC and has a bank account attached.

Only problem is that I can't transfer my money from the Paypal to my bank or use my Paypal for purchases until I get phone verified. Tracfone won't work and I tried Skype but that didn't work either.

Can anyone help me with this?

Tracphones do work. I used one last week that I bought at wal-mart for like $6 bucks

From what I heard the Tracfones may work initially but once the minutes run out then Paypal gets suspicious and may limit the account. Which may not be a big deal if it's more of a throwaway account and you already got your money out of it but I really really don't want that to happen as I plan to sell on ebay for a long time.

Also I bought an ebay/paypal account from a respected seller on the Aspkin forums and was told by the seller that a tracfone wouldn't work for the verification.

Of course I'm not extremely experienced with the stealth so if I'm missing anything then I'll be glad to hear it.

How would pay know if the minutes ran out your phone? I don't get it.
