Ways to increase conversion rate?

Look at this shit... At the moment I have 8 niches up, and 25 videos. All of them are promoted to my best possible ability and I invested over 300. Currently my traffic source is youtube and my niches are mostly gen's / hacks / early game releases. This is how I get them to the offer page.

Youtube video --> mediafire link in the desc --> The download is a file that is PW locked with a txt file , the txt file has the offer link in it to unlock the PW --> offer page.

Seriously , I have done everything I can. Any idea guys?

Man you gotta stop complaining and just try different things.
Maybe you should try using a different network for a week or two and compare the stats.
Maybe it's the niches and they just do not convert well.
Try new things, see what does better and stick with the better results.
I personally don't think you should have them download a password protected file. That's too much work for them and I guarantee you'll have more clicks and conversions if you didn't go that route. Just link to a site that's content locked instead of giving them a file and THEN having them do an offer.

Your most likely getting shaved!Last time i checked u were earning nearly $40+ a day i think...try different network and see if it works out for you..

Actually I have tried what you said, STRAIGHT to the offer page, but my conversion rate went even lower, more clicks though. Also the niches shouldn't be a problem since my friend is using the same niches. Also I was making 40-50 a day with those niches but on about 2 weeks ago it went poof and became $5 a day, for no reason. I checked rank positions etc everything, nothing changed.

You should find Geo IP redirector in BHW thread, don't remember name, but that was making money guide. And after giving exact man to exact offer will increase your CR rate. Like American to USA offer, chinese to CH offer, Australian to AU. Good luck this Job! Btw you are going nice with this campaing.

EDIT: Ahh, I thought you are using CPA, not sites like cleanfiles, so you can't redirect them ..
