I've been running an offer from maxbounty on instagram for a while.
Maxbounty stated that they accept Social Network traffic for this specific offer.

I went on a small vacation and wasn't running my campaign. When I got back I was checking my email and found 2 emails:

1st one:
Subject: Traffic
Date: Thu, 27 Sep 2012 19:32:15 +0000

Hey X,

I see the traffic for X really has come down a lot a little while ago.

What can we do to get the volume back up?

Let me know. Cheers,

and another email:

Hey X,

Just wanted to touch base.

I just wanted to let you know what you are very close to the top of a winning position for the Las Vegas contest we are having.

This would include free airfare from where you live.

Is there anyway to get your X traffic back up to get you closer to a winning spot?

Cheers,

I replied to both emails that I am waiting on payment to reinvest and re run traffic.

One day later I received this email:
Hi there,

Your MaxBounty account has been terminated for fraud.

Compliance Team
MaxBounty Inc.

I googled and found out they do that normally before banning someone. They try to "milk" your traffic to the max then when pay day comes they will ban you.

My leads were 100% LEGIT. I was advertising my offer on instagram, they just banned me for no reason and ripped me $6k and I am 100% positive they got paid by the advertiser.

Beware when using MaxBounty

Regards

This happens on a lot of networks. Have you tried contacting them?

Sorry bro to hear this , i know what you fell right now,i already experienced the same with cpapath.com ,it was my first and last experience with Cpa...

What about the $1000 bonus for new affiliates. Did you qualify for it. Very bad for your loss.

Have you tried ringing them? Its harder to make a lie up on the spot if there not expecting you to call them.

Getting in contact with Maxbounty is like trying to call a dead relative...it wont get you anywhere. If you contact your AM via AIM they will block you. If you email them they wont respond. You can Call them but they wont ever pick up. The only thing I can think of is to try to bombard the Owners phone number and email address and see if that works. And if you decide to leave a review on Affpaying bring some proof along with it or it wont get posted. $6K is a huge amount of coin to lose. Thats why you ALWAYS spread your earnings.

Sorry to hear, I left Maxbounty a while ago after hearing a similar story from a friend.

Sucks.

I agree, $6K is way too much to ignore. If you are in fact not in violation of the the terms of the offer I would do all of the above. If you do not get your money I would look for a debt collection attorney. You might end up giving the attorney 33% of the money, but 4 grand is a lot better than $0. I hope you get your money, good luck!!

Try to contact your AM via some IM service.
6K simply cannot be ignored!

Thanks all for your tips. I tried calling Adam Maltais ( my affiliate manager ), I got the voice mail. I've also sent him an email message, still no response.

Keep trying buddy, and keep the thread updated!

Last month I joined momcpa.com who are promoting maxbounty offers, they ban me on exact payment date. Guys please stay away from momcpa.com and femaleaffiliates.com. I sent email about this to Adam but no response.

I'm Glad, I dont have an MB Account!

Feel sorry for you mate :( that's a clear rip by mb!

I am surprised to hear about MB doing something like this especially when it comes to legitimate traffic. I have known Adam for a while and he's paid me on time, every time. Try contacting the owner of MB, Steve Suave who is a member of BHW to see if he can help you resolve this.

There's maxbounty staff member registered here, maybe he could respond?

edit. hitman247 posted this second before me....

I didn't have any problems with MB and I'm getting payments from them since 2008. Try to contact Adam on AIM.
