Hello Guys,
A few months back, i have traded a few gb of backlinks lists against 2 websites. The websites were making around $0.50 to $1 /day and there were 1 month old.
From there, i decided to rebuild them from scratch to implement a method that i trully believed in. The earnings are in average at $5, yesterday with 2 websites i earned $15 which isn't bad considering the time invested.
I would start by saying that is my first venture in the CPA field, so i'm still considering myself as the greatest noob the earth may have in the CPA area.
The method has nothing exceptional but the conversion rate is fairly optimized around (5-6%) with a few tricks that you may not have thought about.
This month i earned $175 with the method and last month $117. This isn't sky high, but as a secondary income it is always good to take. You set the stuff, rely on organic traffic and forget !
What is the method is about ?
Basically it is about finding a niche (you are on your own here
) which involve a digital content that people would do anything to get. A warez, an ebook, a video clip, anything that people would take a few minutes to get.
That's pretty much straight forward and seen many times in many content unlocking method.
What do i need ?
- Hosting
- EMD (Exact Match Domain) - These days it takes like 3 weeks to rank for the main keywords i'm targetting with those websites. The niches i'm using have a fairly low competition.
- Content Unlocker (I invested in CLP V2 here but it isn't necessary a built in CL from any network would do or a sharecash account)
- CPA Account Of course that allow incentive and content unlocking allowance.
- Scrapebox (not necessary but it will help)
- Motivation for 4 hours of work
How to set it up ?
Here is the core of the method. I'm using wordpress but you can use any CMS. Pick a theme that is relevant to your niche and good looking. That is the first thing people would see on your website so be careful when choosing it.
Then we are going to write 1 article of around 500 words with a specific pitch which will be our homepage. If you are using a digital product which is hard to get, you have to confess some weaknesses, explain why you do it for free and why you do lock the content : generally i'm using the botting story
Add an image to your pitch, and pim your website is almost ready.
Create another page where you'll add the place to "get the digital product". Don't be mistaken here, for legal issue, I never give anything, but i play on people hope for them to get it.
On this page i had around 200 words to explain the process, "click the image (a button with "Get The Digital Product"), wait for the server to give it to you, and more giberish)" Lock out the page. The on click feature of CLP is perfect for that matter so the content locker is showing when visitors are clicking.
If the niche is suitable, i create another page with funny youtube videos, that nobody but google cares about, and another pages of 300 words to introduce the team who are releasing the product for free and briefly why we would do it.
Now the website is fully ready, let's optimize the conversion rate from there.
What twists am i using ?
There are no brainer ones, 10 minutes to implement.
Within wordpress i'm using a few plugins and layout modification to give trust to people and SEO optimize it briefly :
- Hyper Cache plugin for page speed
- Google XML Sitemap
- All in one SEO pack to remove duplicate content from categories page, archives and so on and auto fill the meta description
- WP-cumulus for a good looking non crawlable tag cloud with keywords that visitors would click on
- Specific CSS/JS for Post and Pages : to place the content locker on the dedicated page only
- Recent Comments widgets with excerpts : you'll see why.
- WP-Polls
In the sidebar i'm placing the recent comments with excerpts widget at the top, the cloud tag and a poll that only registrated users can use, so nobody.
WP-Polls plugin allows you to stuff the polls result within its configuration. Basically, i'm asking a question : did you get the product properly ? - Yes, Thank you - No, doesn't work
I'm putting "realistic values" such as 10k yes, thank you and 256 no, doesn't work.
That would straightly bring hope and a trust indicator.
Then i'm writting up in a notepad ++ document a ton of realistic comments. With discussion in it. People arguing each others like
You add a few douche bags behavior (how do i do?) and a ton of thanks like comment, people who ask for others products, a few ppl happy to fill the survey, some people who are willing to donate, and so on... It has to look natural so take your time there. Make sure, that the last comments are good ones so they are displayed properly within the sidebar.
I generally write up to 100-150 comments. The most skizophrenic you are, the better.
Then i use scrapebox to post them and i generally add the last ones manually and the first one, so i'm sure it makes sense.
My first comment is generally something like :
Once you have done this, you can close comments.
That's it ! 4 hours has passed and you have a new passive income stream a few backlinks later.
What i'm going to try next is to bring social traffic to the websites and see what is happening. (from facebook and twitter with a wait and reply module)
Disclosure :
Even though you aren't giving anything out, you may receeive a DMCA complain and it would be removed from google. It happens twice already, but i'm buying another EMD with another TLD, and 301 the old domain to the new. Ranking are recovered within a week maximum.
CPA network wise, use a spare account and select offers targetted to your niche. And keep the earnings low. The amount i claimed sooner has been withdrawed already so i know it is working properly.
If you are in a CPA area, i would dare to say that CLP from methead is a must have. It is easy to configure and play with and you can merge several offers from different CPA accounts and hide referrer if you want. My return on investment has been performed within barely 3 weeks of time.
To scale up, you can bring your twists, create more websites like this, optimize even further the conversion rate, branching to new products, create a mailing list that you could use for others venture, bring fb/twitter traffic
