FB - What is the different between an Ad Agency account and regular ad account?

Regular = starting with low balance, the account does not belong to an Agency (which is approved by FB), you cannot use CC from all over the world that differ from the location & name of the FB account
Agency = higher spending balance, it belongs to an agency, hence is more credible, you can use CCs from all over the world even if the account was opened from UK for ex

You can easily open a regular FB ads account, but if you try to advertise suspicious niche, it will get blocked.
You cannot open an agency account unless you're an agency, so the solution is buying such accounts with higher balance, problem is, they are very expensive and nobody can promise they wont get banned

Ad Agency - An agency with huge budget.

Regular Ad Account - An ad account for a small firm or business.

I think ads agency can spend more then regular one. but not sure...lol
