Best Blog Site? Wordpress or Blogger?

I'd say Wordpress just because there are much more developers for it. It will continue to get better at a quicker rate than blogger.
 
If you're talking about a blog, it's blogger. (Wordpress blogs don't let you monetize them). If you're talking about self-hosted wordpress vs. blogger with a domain, then it's obviously wordpress.
 
If you read bloggers TOS you cannot sell your blog nor can you transfer it. That means if you have a blog worth $100k you actually don't own it. Also if someone wants to sabotage you they can just report your blogger blog until google removes it. And keep in mind they can remove your blog without even providing you with a reason. So there you have it...Wordpress, simply because you will actually own your blog.
 
Another vote for Wordpress...I find it a fiddle when making my own themes at times but other than that it is great. Indexes very quickly too.
 
If you are choosing between blogger and the free version of wordpress, forget about it.

And since that is clear, Wordpress on a own domain is the best, you get total fredoom to do what you want (of course you need to secure the site yourself and such things)
 
For me it's Wordpress. It's much more user-friendly than the other one. :) For a blogger, tweaking can be common and since I've tried these two blogging sites, I'd say WP is way much better when it comes to personalization.
 
I would say they are both good to feed traffic to your money site. Wordpress is easier to rank than blogger. It may sound strange, but that's the way I experienced it. However, there are some keywords and niches that just won't work with WP, but they do well on blogger (i.e. dating, politics, economy, ...). As said, they are good for what they are good for, but not a standalone solution. Make sure to have backups or use your own domain :-)
 
blogger.com = wordpress.com
(depends what kind of blog are u going to make)

blogger.com is from google, it's fast, easy and good way to monitize a blog, support custom templates

wordpress.com has better administration tools, not much free themes (but still some free themes look great), doesn't support custom templates (free version)

both are user friendly.
 
I have seen this question several times on this forum. According to my knowledge so far:
1. If you are planning to earn some serious money (obviously you are) than wordpress is highly recommended.
2. If blogging is only a hobby of yours (I don't think so because if that was the case you might not be a member on BHW) than go and make your website with blogspot as it's free and fast.
