Need some help with affiliate links /w Wordpress

Hey, I've been playing around with some more of my wordpress blogs and wp-affiliate.php (Found it on here) just isn't cutting it anymore, I keep seeing more and more blogs with cloaked affiliate links, I just can't seem to find the same bloody plugin they are using!

Anyone got any ideas?

The plugin takes keywords, like google and changes google to a link to a URL, for example http://www.google.com, but cloaks it though http://www.yourwebsite.com/go/google or whatever.

I'm pulling my hair out over this, I can only get wp affiliate to be like:
http://www.youwebsite.com/wp-content/wp-plugins/wp-affiliate.php?id=001

A great plugin is MBP Ninja Affiliate Pro that changes keywords in posts to live links pointing to your aff products but I also use it for link cloaking in emails on forums and friend feed etc. Easy to use and configure and it's on BHW just search it (Im sure it's version 2.8 now)
