Hello guys, I have a question about paypal. If I were to visit a paypal approved country for some months, would I be ok to use paypal?
Let's say I were to live at my cousin's for 3months... would it be ok and legal?

guys......................?

what if they ask for details or more confirmation steps?
should I provide the address where I will be living, or my real one, from where I come from (keep in mind that paypal is not allowed on my country)

Why don't you contact paypal? They have a phone number you can call.

Yes you can use without a problem. My PayPal is USA originated since I made it when I was there, now I am in my country for vacation and I'm still using it without any trouble.

I opened my personal account a long time ago when I was staying in Hawaii for a couple of months, but I specified my usual address in London, UK on the registration form. PayPal did not have any problems with that account for about a month, but then limited it. When I contacted PayPal customer support, they said that I'm supposed to have an account registered in the country where I live (they've flagged it because of the non-UK IP I had at the time). They told me to log in from my usual location in the UK and change the password after which they would remove the limit. Since I was enjoying lots of sun on the beach, I just got a UK VPN and did it from there. Then contacted PayPal and said that one of my relatives had done what they requested. After that the limit was removed.

By the way, the quickest way to contact PayPal customer support and get answers almost immediately is via Twitter - @AskPayPal
Simply, follow them and tweet to them that you have some sort of a problem. They will start following you, so you can send a direct message to them. Just shoot your PayPal e-mail address via DM, explain the problem and they will solve it a lot quicker than the usual process.

Yeah you can! I for example am a French but I'm doing my studies in Romania for 2 Years now I have a French linked PP and a Romanian one with different bank acc of course and I do not log on my RO PP from my french IP I use a small vpn I host on my raspberry Pi in my romanian place. Keeps PP for busting my balls just in case. Never had any problem until now.

And which address do you provide in the Romanian one? the one you are staying in romania right?
what if they ask for further verifications, like proof of ID, address etc??
