Recommend me good VA - Tiered to pay for undone tasks

Hey guys,

I am tiered as hell today. Once again I had to redo the job that current VA didn't do it wright.
Money paid to VA for undone tasks and about 9 hours of work from me.

If you guys know any VA able to follow instructions (link building - manual work only), please let me know.

Appreciated.
