I am not sure at all what niche or what it will be on. Just looking for a partner to help build and design a website with me. Must know how to code and will be online a lot. Will split profits from the website 50/50. PM me or add me on skype if interested: iAntiSkid

2) What does "Must know how to code" mean?
 
It would seem you dont know much about IM.

So I suggest researching a lot more before getting into this.

Sorry to say this but no one will JV with a "Kid" who's inexperienced.

I like your business model - but I'd do it like this

1 person to host
1 person to design
1 person to create content
1 person to seo
1 person to divide the money 5 ways (me)
 
I could host and have a good amount of resources to fund other parts. I woudl mainly be doing this as a learning experience/earn limited money. Let me know if anyones interested.
