Funnel Traffic and Backlinks from Google Local Business pages [METHOD?]

So yesterday was nice, so I went to the coffee shop to work on my latest blog post. I took a smoke break and was taking pictures for my Google Guide portfolio, and rating some local businesses, when I noticed the coffee-shop I like to go to, has a 2.0 site listed as it's business listing.

I'm thinking to myself, I don't remember that site being there before. So I clicked the link, and lo and behold, it is some guy's 2.0 blog site, that is in a coffeeshop niche. So I did some backlink research, and this guy went around to all the unclaimed Google My Business listings, and input his 2.0 site. The guy did that for a TON of coffee-shops.

So have a niche 2.0 site that you want premium backlinks and traffic to? Go to unclaimed GMB pages and edit the website. It may not be permanent, and I wouldn't obviously post links to your money site, but to a buffer 2.0 site.
