Can anyone help with an issue we are having with our site. We were #1-#2 for [Tampa Web Design] Pre last google update...around April.

Company Name is Apan Software (Do a search to see URL)

Now we are on page 3-4 (i.e. No Traffic)

1. Could someone point us in the right direction to get back to #1
2. I would be willing to pay someone for some consultation on a) how to increase overall qualified local traffic (Black or White Hat) b) how to increase SEO traffic.

i think the algorithm changes just drop your site ranking a bit, have you analyzed #1 and #2 backlinks yet?
 
The algos changes a few times a day i have noticed, i have an app that tracks keywords and alerts me when there is a change. I have noticed that the frequency of the changes has increased a lot. And i get repositioned very high up or low down. My website has not luggage thats weighing it down, all our seo is white hat! So its just to understand how the algo works and what you could do better!

1) Check your backlinks to see if anyone has added some trash to drop you in rankings
2) Check your page speed/ server speed and bounce rate over the last few weeks
3) Do a comparison check of the sites before you and try to find out what they have that you dont
 
I have did the comparison.....what happened after the last algorithm update is that sites that were not even trying to rank luckily got ranked.....At one point a search for [Tampa Web Design] even brought up Converse Basketball Shoes as #9.....lol. I have no idea what to do next. We have been >page 3 for 4 months now, and it is killing us.
 
your anchor profile is all kinds of upside down, you'll need to build about 1.5k links with your business name over the next month to fix that, then you can start actually trying to rank
 
what does it mean "my anchor profile is "upside down"? please explain
 
look at your obviously fake anchor text ratios, it is plain as day to see that you've been very very sloppy about your linkbuilding
it Screams artificial, and google can see that easily.
