A question about payoneer and USA local master card

Today I one of my new client send me a payment directly to my payoneer master card from his master card.But his master card is valid only in USA.Though the payment from has given from his card but it will be added to my card 30 of this month.But if a USA local master card dose not allow to send payment to another international master card via online then in this time money will back to his card.

As he has paid me so he is asking me to start the work but i ma fearing about refund the payment.Are there anyone here who knows about it that is it possible to send a payment from a USA local master card to another international master card like payoneer?

I asked payoneer but the answered me that it depends of the client's bank.

I am feeling confusion.

When making a private load to a Payoneer card, the charge comes from Payoneer and then we, in turn, fund your account with the amount loaded. It is not a direct transfer from his Master Card to your Payoneer card. The charge, therefore, shows up as a charge by Payoneer and not a charge made to an international credit card.

If the load was pre-authorized and is pending, that means it has already been pre-approved by his credit card company. At this point the only way it would be cancelled is due to a rare technical issue or the credit card holder issuing a chargeback.
