Auto update WP post from txt

Heyas.

I want my wp to automaticly update with the text I have in a local txt file.
info in TXT ---> wordpress post ----> each 2 hours

Does anyone know how to do this?

(if there's no easy way to do this I can pay a scripter to do this)

You can use the plugin txtaspost to load them all at once and set the time to post every 2 hours.

The format for the plugin is
Line 1 title
Line 2+ content
