which vps is the best ?

Hello
i want to get a vps to run some seo tools on it and i found this 3 hosting companies and i can't decide which one is the best, i am looking for a vps with 2gb ram and i found that most hosting companies sell it between 27$ - 33$ (windows OS )

1-solidseovps.com --> 29$
2-pavhost.com -->24 $ ( they also give you 2 ip addresses)
3-bermanhosting.com >29$ (but they have 25% coupon off on the first order) , i already talked with the support they allow seo tools only if i use PRIVATE proxies

if anyone used any of those companies vps please tell me if they are good, and also if you know a better company with cheaper price

I'm also looking for a good Windows VPS host. Wasted some money on my last one (PowerUpHosting) because the tools wasn't working correctly and I surpassed the refunded date. They were good with customer support, however.

I just wanted to add PowerUpHosting to your consideration list but see Dennyy's post. I have no problems with GSA SER, GSA CB, MVB Pro...

I am on powerup hosting and never had issue with them, running GSA SER, CB, Gscraper, Licorne AIO. For proxies, go for buyproxies since their support is fast and will replace blocked proxies for you.

Well I am using the senuke suggeted vps called lynxvps. Their price is high but never had any issues. Have like 20 vpses with them

Ive had 3 vps from berman for 4-5 months now support is quick when i needed them and there uptime for me has been good cant recall when my servers have been offline been running 24/7 for the most part.
cant recall a down time .
one i run all the GSA products on and they work well
one i run BMD and SB on no problems
one i run Ms and youtube bots on and no problems

Im using poweruphosting to, i use it to run GSA SER, CB, GSA Indexer never got any problem yet,
and for proxies i use buyproxies.org, great customer support, thumb up for them

poweruphosting is the best choice...listen to the experts OP...everyone is happy with their service and support. trust me you won't be wasting neither your money nor your time. All tools work on their VPS.

anyway i found a better host surpisinly it is french ,all the french hoting company they have high prices + vta (or tva i can't remember)

except this one they have 2gb ram vps for 13 euro (about 17$) and 1gb for 9 euro i contacted the support and they don't seem to have problem with seo tools

edit: it is called cdfi-heberegement and the website is in french

Avoid Bermanhosting !
Thet deleted some of my tools inside VPS without previous notice. After delating they told me they never touched it !!! bla bla bla...
I had very bad experience with them...
