What software are they using for this? (email submits)

I recently hired a so called leads provider. Didn't do big numbers and spread out over several cpa networks. I asked for real/quality leads and was told by the guy they were all good. He had good reviews also. He wasn't going to tell me his method and thats fine, but I saw his blogs listed as a referrer when I looked at a stats report. The email submits were coming in, spread out throughout the day, everything looked good.
But then when I looked at the IP's, I saw many IP's were from the same block. And when I looked even closer, I noticed that I have that same IP changer software the guy was using. He played dumb when I showed him screen shots etc and denied any fake leads. I haven't been paid yet by the networks but I'm not risking it anymore with this guy. My own fault, I know.
But my question is, what software/bot is he using for these email submits?
He said he could also do dating leads, insurance, education etc

no one knows the names of some of these bots or software?

Well i'm not sure what software he was using but I know zennoposter would be capable of doing this. Zennoposter's available from the BST section here.

Interesting so he was doing fraud basically

why are you hiring someone to get leads for you?
this resulted in you probably getting banned
you cant trust people these days man
do yourself a favor, cut out the middle man and get your own leads, at least you will know where they come from and if they are real
learn internet marketing

Don't worry me friend, I won't be starting a why I got banned from network thread. Hopefully won't happen.
