Google Niche Research Loophole

Since I've learned so much from this forum, I thought I'd share something with everyone here that can help with your niche research, as well as your article (bum) marketing...

Google Niche Research Loophole
------------------------------------------

This takes no more than 3-5 seconds to
do and will reveal some super hot niches
to dive into...with traffic stats for proof.

Step 1: Open Up Google.com

Step 2: Type a "Seed Topic" word

This can be anything like:

wedding
fishing
online marketing
baby crib
microphones
photography

Step 3: Insert the "Secret Google Code"

Code: (copy the entire string)

site:ezinearticles.com "This article has been viewed 2000..199999" "Article Submitted On: * *, 2009"
Do you know exactly what this code does?

If not, I'll explain it in detail for you
in just a second.

Step 4: Click Search

You're going to notice something super
awesome in the results: Topics that are
grabbing thousands of eyeballs!

This method is so powerful because it allows
you to see first hand what topics are traffic
magnets...so you can "Clone & Profit"

(Hint: Pay close attention to the Title Tag and
Description Tag...it's what influenced the
traffic to click the link in the Google results!)

This is quite useful. I did a little bit of searching through other directories and for the benefit of everyone here, I will share some of the directories I found

that this works with and the code that you need (as it is changed for some of them).

Acme Articles - site:acmearticles.com "Number Times Read: 2000..199999"

Free-Articles-Zone - site:free-articles-zone.com "viewed 2000..199999 times"

Now here are some that they don't show the view count directly on the article page, but they do show the stats on the category/subcategory pages, so it can

find some articles on those pages that can be helpful:

Article Trader - site:articletrader.com "(2000..199999 views)"

Amazines - site:amazines.com "Article Views: 2000..199999"

Article Maniac - site:articlemaniac.com "Viewed: 2000..199999 Times"

And you can also use this to find topics on Quizilla as well. Though Quizilla is not an actual article directory, it can still be useful for market research, and you

can post your articles there, so I decided to add it to this list:

Quizilla - site:quizilla.com "Viewed 2000..199999"

Some of them you may have to make the view count less than 2000 depending on the topic, but otherwise those will all work.

Hope that helps save some people some time seeing what other directories it works with. (There are probably more out there, but these ones should be

enough to get what you need)

What's the quality of ezinearticle traffic compare to organic? Do they click? I would assume that they're pretty tech savvy and know how to avoid ads.

So after reading this guide and watching the videos... I played around with this idea for a few hours. I really like the method and it did help uncover some keywords in my niche that I had overlooked.

However, I did find one big flaw...

I had found an article that had over 10,000 views and it was perfect for my niche, so following the video I pasted the article in "rank tracker" and added a list of 200 keywords and filtered only for the top 10 G00gle results.

Rank tracker said this article ranked (in the top 10) for 111 of the 200 keywords...

GOLDMINE!

except for the glaring problem I quickly discovered. The specific article I had pasted into rank tracker DID NOT RANK for 111 keywords... EZINE ARTICLES. COM DID.

Bummer.

so here is my review after 3 hours of "trying to break" it. It is a really good and quick way to uncover some keyword gems. However, it doesn't give the complete picture on where the article ranks in google.

I am still trying to figure out how to narrow that down to specific keywords.

Overall it is a good method for finding keywords.

Have to agree with the above. One article I checked said it ranked in position 6, but the article was no where to be found (it seems to find other ezinearticles ranking as well, not just the one you submit). I did, like the above, manage to find some good keywords that got nice traffic AND had ezinearticles ranking in the top 10. So this is still very useful.
