Been looking for a while now for an affiliate that accepts any kinds of traffic chat traffic or e-whoring technique kind of traffic and others that come from social networking websites..
any affiliate will do as long as it pays and it pays on a weekly basis.

Ya I use them too, got a lot of new/solid dating offers (including the beloved iframe)
 
There are no such sites paying for chat visitors and such traffic is just for enjoyable not ocnversios.
 
Yea ViceOffers is a good one. Still fairly new but their iFrame is killing it for chat traffic. Holding $1-2 EPC's

You need to just make sure that you are promoting legitimately, and not scamming. As long as you can drive legitimate sales, there are programs for that traffic.
