There is no minimum payout request. If you have $1.00 in there and you want it it is yours.
We also payout monthly on the 15th of each month. But like I said if you are generating a lot of income we can talk about a more frequent payout schedule.

We have over 200 new styles being uploaded this week. So you will see all of the new styles of crazy contacts for Halloween by this weekend. As for approving affiliates I have been gone today and will be doing that right now.
Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and is only 2-3 dollars outside of the US. The one good thing about our product is that is doesnt weight much at all and shipping costs are really low.
