How do you optimize for twitter search?

Recently, I have noticed that X search does not work at all, you get completely unrelated results from what you search, how do yo optimize posts for search if the search function is broken?

I optimize for Twitter search by using keyword-focused profiles, engaging content, relevant hashtags, and consistent posting. I also improve visibility through audience engagement, trending topics, and optimized account authority.
 
You're not the only one.

X search has felt pretty inconsistent lately. Some keywords work fine, while others return completely unrelated posts. Hopefully it's just something they're still tweaking.o_O
 
If the search results for X become chaotic, i no longer focus solely on keywords. I write clearly about the reader's needs, use easy-to-understand titles, create structured content and then drive traffic from other sources.
 
I have also noticed the same thing. I do not reply on X search much anymore. I only focus on writing relevant posts and getting early engagement, as that seems to make a bigger difference than search itself.
 
I think search is not the main discovery tool anymore. Most of my reach comes from algorithmic feed, so I focus more on timing and engagement than SEO.
 
In my experience, you optimize for discoverability, not just search. Use clear keywords in the first sentence, write about topics people actively discuss, and encourage replies and reposts. Even if X search feels inconsistent, posts with strong engagement still tend to get surfaces more often.
