What tools do I need to share videos

I'm wanting to upload videos within my blog (on my own server, not embedded with UTube or DailyMnt) but what I need to find out, I need to watermark the video or put a frame around it. I need to make it part of my site. Something like this . Look at the video.

I know how to upload and create the code, but how can I share the video. I guess I need something that will autogenerate the code and people can click on it and grab the code.

The videos will be mine, but I want to have my domain. I hope that makes sense.

It is a movie blog, not soley videos so something like PHP Moti*n won't work for me.

you could embed on your own server on a seperate page it and then put your embeded code on your blog
