I can't imagine a reason to use anything but CCleaner. I use it on my VPS's and my main computer.

I will also suggest CC Cleaner.
IF you use CC Cleaner and run DISK defragmenter at least once a week then I am pretty sure that your computer speed will be optimized quite a bit.

I also use CCLeaner. Just be careful because it is really easy to scan and delete everything, including registry items that are needed. If you use this program, make sure to read instructions, make a registry backup in case you do screw up, and research anything the program picks out that you don't recognize before deleting it.
