If you're going to buy xx amount of links and You want provider to build not more than 10links per day then You can ask him to drip feed the links by xx days or xx links per day.
It's actually the spreading the amount of links or traffic or something else over several days instead of all together. Same if you're buying 1000 unique visitors package for your website and you want that bought traffic package divide over 10 days then ask the provider to spread it or use the term "drip feed" to 10 days : )

To drip-feed is to slowly do a process.

A drip-feed of YouTube views for example:

    100,000 views = 5,000 views a day for 20 days

From your question, it seems that you're looking at some automated tools. My recommendation (and this goes to all new SEOers) is to first manually build links, so that you understand the process. After you understand the logic that goes into building links, then you can start looking into automated tools. Doing it the other way around will only cause confusion. Its akin to using a calculator before learning how to count by long hand.

    1 Link / Day = Google Loves

But never and ever get drip feed traffic. Traffic based on your backlinks, your brand develop, visibility. If you're looking buying traffic never do that. That's better for your site. = Google Kill You

You can try our "Content Marketing" Strategy. It 'll help your brand development and also referral links are generate by drip feed based. Try it .. Cheers :)
