Ok. So I recently tried my hand at CPA cash and point incentive. So far the results aren't the best but I see some potential.
Of course one way to go about getting these Leads is to use crowd sourcing. Well there are many definitions for crowd sourcing, quick tasks, micro workers, blah blah blah and therefore different approaches from different platforms.

So if you want to dive into this realm, first off patients!!! don't go buying $100 worth of leads to see that it takes 30 days to complete them with real approved peps. Find a good paying CPA that excepts the traffic, test it out, see if they pay you then multiply, Simply.

So here lies the resting place of the collected massive list of crowd sourcing websites. Possible good uses for all you Fiverr people out there ;). Thought I'd spread the info, Good Luck.

there are absolutely no referral links ;) I'm just that kind of person! Just PM me if you want me to be your referral, how about that.

    Simple Tasks
Platforms like mechanical turk. Many workers do simple tasks for a little amount of money. Often tasks get done more than once and the result most of the people gave, is taken as valid.

    http://clickworker.com/
http://shorttask.com/ Research, Data Entry, Writing Design
    http://microtask.com/ Mainly Digitizing

    http://www.datadiscoverers.com/ data collection
    http://www.mobileworks.com/ quality through exclusivity

    Metaplatforms
Because mechanical turk can be difficult to use, other platforms help people to structure their tasks and get better quality. They use mechanical turk as a ground layer and built upon it.
    http://crowdflower.com/ uses mturk and samasource
    http://scalableworkforce.com/ uses mturk
    http://www.crowdguru.de uses clickworker
http://smartsheet.com/ collaboration tool with crowdsourcing provided by mturk and livework
http://www.serv.io/ media services, powered by CloudCrowd
http://houdiniapi.com/ ?provides a bridge for integrating crowdsourced labor directly into applications using an API.?
http://cloudfactory.com/ uses their own trained workforce (Cloud Workers)

    p2p
One person does the task. But the task can be split between many or done more than once.

http://taskarmy.com/ ?hybrid between odesk and fiverr?
    http://crowdmug.com/ requesting photos of places

    Expertise & Knowledge exchange
One or more persons use their expertise to fullfil tasks.
http://10eqs.com Knowledge exchange (they structure the problem and have their own experts)

    http://www.taskus.com/

http://work.io Our approach is to find the right persons for each task and to show people only tasks relevant to their expertise. Not live yet. Ask me if you have any questions.

    Contestbased
There is a call and many people respond to it. There are different systems who gets a prize and what happens.

    http://agentanything.com/
    http://gigwalk.com/

    Freelancer
Platforms which help to find the right person for a job. Sometimes they also help the client to have more control.

    Fixed amount of money
These platforms only connect the client with the worker. There are easy tools to built such a platform, as a result there are many. Tasks are often stupid.

    Spammy stuff
Many of these platforms could be listed in 'Simple Tasks', but I wanted to separate them because most of the listed tasks are only targeted towards spam. Like "follow me on twitter, like that page, submit your data to that site,...". (Sorry, if I put your company here. That is what I saw. I could be wrong.)

http://microworkers.com/ and http://minifreelance.com/ (not sure if just a copy or the same company)

    http://rapidworkers.com/
http://simpleworkers.com/, http://minijobz.com/ and http://www.desklancer.com/ (look also the same)

    ???
Not enough information on the website and I didn't test them already. Or they are just different from all others.

This is a good list, but I highly recommend everyone stay clear of paying for CPA lead completions. 99% of offers won't allow this sort of traffic because the quality is usually crap. The 1% of offers that do allow this traffic is either coming from a network that is lieing to their advertiser or from an ignorant advertiser. No matter which one it is, you are putting yourself at the risk of not getting paid.

The list is great, but, I second AdGate that you should not use these sites to get leads, that won't pay you anything.

they sites wont likely pay out, but thankfully im not on that end, paying them well the leads do come in. and if you have a proven CPA that excepts cash incentives and has already paid you well then your golden. However this is not easy to come by and most likely youll lose some money in the process, I have started slow and low so i haven't lost to much and have already found some paying campaigns. We will see where it goes from here. Always a good list to have if you yourself are looking for your own loads / downloads / installs / blog entries etc :) Good Luck

Just a heads up, CPA companies do watch these sites.
I know of many people that had accounts banned and earnings forfeited because they advertised on the human task sites.

    Happy New Year!

yes some payout, but id rather think you'd want to be on the other end of the spectrum. And will they must pay out ot some or else the site wouldn't have so many workers. Rapid Workers definitely pays out. i use them a bunch.

Big thanks for the list! I was looking for a page similar to microworkers as I wanted to test few ideas how to drive some traffic unfortunately microworkers seem to be the only one with decent amount of workers (with exception of mturk but it seems it's only for US) out there but after looking what offers other people where listing it seems that it's full of paying for CPA leads crap.

Anyone tried to hire people for fb/g+/twitter promotion there? Is it worth it or not worth wasting money? Any chances of getting at least a bit targeted traffic?
