    It's entropay.com and you have to have to deposit $10 for each new credit card, plus they have really high fees.

    In general, there are few inexpensive options. The simplest option is to just go get a bank account that provides a debit card, or get a Greendot type physical reloadable card, but the latter charge $3-10/mo plus other fees. Also, if you want anonymity or a stealth account, you run up against the approval systems that often check the online application info against a database, to see that the name entered matches the address, DOB, SSN or other details. Even a few months ago, some banks (like Ally) were lax in this regard, but more recently have become too security minded to bother with.

    These cards do work for PP, MB and AP, from what I have found over the months. Ironically, the reloadable cards with the highest fees are the ones that usually still have a relaxed approval system (i.e., will accept faux or non- matching application data). The nFinanse card is highly regarded, but I can't find it anywhere (and I've looked around in the NYC area using their site as a guide). So the easiest route to secure a card is to have or get access to a physical address it can be sent to (especially in the US), and apply for a card that has a lax application process.

    legit information is not a problem here, i live in toronto will all legal documents to open banks accounts and legit whitehat pp accounts. etc.

    i simply need a card with 3 qualities ;

    .can add/widraw funds from PayPal MoneyBookers And Alertpay ( Liberty reserve -optional )

    .can be used to verfiy the above accounts

    .is reloadable via the above payment merchants

    Any one with suggestion, please let me know
