Need Attention From SmBots Admins!

    I need attention from either GiftGuru or Yourcoder on here, that runs smbots!

    I bought the Reverbnationbot last year for nearly 200 usd, and likes it. Bought it together with the Soundcloudbot and Vimeobot. All bots works like a charm, so this is not a shit list thread. I made lots more than 200 usd selling services with this bot, for those wondering.

    The problem is that, becuase of an update of the Reverbnationbot I had to re-install that bot. Got all the instructions from the coder alias yourcoder on here. He then gave me a download link for reinstalling. I did that, but when I should start the bot it needed my license number. I did not save that when I bought it. New email and new email for paypal. I gave him all the payment details, and the last message I got was this, dated the 14 april:

    send me computer id that displays when you start bot

    I did that. Have done it maybe 5-10 times, without any answer at all. I have lots of customers for this kind of service with reverbnation plays and loose maybe 100 usd a week now. Not a big deal, but a deal. Money is money.

    I tried few weeks ago also message GiftGuru, that I know is the promotion guy for this bot and site. And from rescent history. I can not reach them on support service at their site. Have not get any answere there for like half a year, maybe more.

    So, please come forward and give me the details I need for activating the bot once again.

    Sorry, just have to bump this one time since I still have not heard anything from them!!!

    Last and only bump, until I need to give up.

    You may have the best bots, but the worst support service ever!!! Never replies to email on your site, just ignores my pm`es on here, now for 5 weeks. Let me get my reverbnationbot up and running again today!

    Did you tried sending GiftGuru a PM on BHW or tried contacting him on Skype?

    Sent pm yes several weeks ago. Pasted the whole history with the coder alias yourcoder on here. Sent yourcoder pm 10 times since he replied last time (13 april), he was online latest 13 may. Giftguru I sent a pm 1-2 weeks ago, i think that should be enough.

    I have informed GiftGuru about this thread on skype. Hopefully he will reply when he checks it out.

    I have emailed "YourCoder" he is the one responsible (and the only one able) to replace your code. I have not been aggressive in selling SmBots because he likes to disappear for weeks. This is not good for a software company

    Just one thing, BHW is not our official forum, i'm not active here. You can contact support at (check website...), they forward me all technical problems. This kind of requests is handled within 24h max.

    Well, not to be rude or anything. But I have sent email to your support email at Smbots, maybe 10 times now in the last 3-4 months, without any answers at all. Different issues. The first weeks after I bought the 3 bots, the customer support was excellent, so what happened (s)? I sent an email 1 hour ago, so lets see if I get a respond on that. Your bots are great. I know this is not your official forum, but since you are here, I tried here as well.

    i need support also i love there bots and they have helped me but this support gotta be better i purchased 3 bots from them last year and it was a good year but my pc has crashed and now i need new ids to run the bots on my new laptop someone hellllllllllllllllllpppppppppppppp
