okay! this is not a new method. I've read this middleman method here on BHW but its different. It talks about services on the web. Relating this to my method, i thought of something.

    This is my idea.

    1. Go to malls. List products that are on sale. Say for example, a brand new mcbook air sale for only $600.

    2. After listing such products. Go to egay or any site that you could sell. Sell them on high price. Say the mcbook air for $700. If you Receive the money then go hurry and buy it then deliver it to your buyer. So you get extra $100 huh?

I know this method isn't new. But don't be so rude guys. It is just, I did think about this last night haha.

you can do this on Black Friday and make some good profit. i have a friend that goes out and drops $10k on Black Friday and turns around and sells everything and nets about a $5k profit. it's a nice one day hit.

lol. check out UPS shipping costs for a macbook from the USA to Canada. + Duty.

Good idea, works well for small products like when up here Future Shop was blowing out 8G Kingston sticks for $9.99. At the time I was working for them doing an internship and I bought 30 with a massive discount, lol. Cost me in all like 180? something like that. I turned around and sold them on Ebay for 15-20 + 2 shipping. Made decent one time only cash.

yep this works, ive been watching a guy on ebay selling a product that he pays 5k for (maybe less, but i can get it for 5k) and he sells for over 6k.. he sells about one a month as well as smaller lower value items. i won't say what he is selling because i want to try it myself :) ..there is also a site called www.terapeak.com where you can find the average value of say a high spec SLR camera in different countries, then you buy from the cheapest country and sell to the highest.. all done with in ebay.. (fuck ebay) :)

a friend of mine makes GOOD money doing something similar.

he buys the product from physical stores, but aggressively bargains to get the price WAY down. he then takes this quote to other stores to get it price matched. he does this back and forth until they aren't willing to go any lower. he then sells the item on ebay for a nice profit.

he's used this method successfully to buy a $1000 monitor for $530. Sold it on ebay for $800.

    @ the OP -

    Nice share.

This method can work for you, but you don't have to go to the mall to get it done. Just use Ebay.

Cross selling on Ebay can reap some nice profits.

    Here's what I do:

    1. Locate products in high demand. You can find this with Ebay Pulse, Ebay Popular, Amazon's hot seller's, Google Product Search, Google Trends, etc...You just want to find a product that people are hungry to buy.

    2. Locate the product on Ebay, buy it cheap, re-sell it on Ebay for a higher price. The best way to do this is cross sell across different Ebays i.e. Ebay USA>Ebay UK.

It will take a little time to do your research, but you can find some pretty good deals that can will get you some nice cash.

Diversity is the only way to ensure success.:D

Multiple streams of income not only ensure the safety of your business, but also make you a lot more money.

The Ebay method I just mentioned is one of my "golden oldies", so I don't focus on it on a daily basis. But I still use it, especially when there is something in high demand.

you will probably have a hard time doing this. i have lots of experience with ebay selling and let me tell you anyone getting bids/buy it now is basically selling the product at wholesale price with very little mark up. ebay is so competitive this is the only way to survive and turn a profit really, unless you operate in a very specific niche. so that being said done on a very large scale this might work but you might as well save up some capital and buy the products in bulk at a cheap enough price to turn profit and sell them on ebay.

A good way is to find a product that is not readily and often sold on ebay but is in demand, even sourcing it from the suppliers and negociating a discount deal to sell.
We did this a few years back for some russian helicopters which we sold onto a group in S Africa for their ranches.

You can do a research on ebay to get the item that is hot, you can use hammertap, or terapeak, and then sell it on ebay. Just make sure you have a good source before you sell it otherwise you will have to refund the buyer.
