Is there any networks that are NOT too sensitive to complaints?

Well, here's my situation: Traffic is the easy part for me, to be honest I could easily pull in thousands from social networks(well, mostly through re-posting scraped high quality stuff), and with such traffic I could literally make good sales. But the problem is, some angry people(well, some are owners of stuff I posted while some are just jealous I guess) report me to that network and then of course I got warning and de-activated. Although after saying sorry blah blah I did get my account back, the problem is, I definitely do not want to risk my account in future.

This really pissed me off, and there does not seem to be a easy way around since it's just not about faking referers etc. I suppose lots of people here in BHW might have been in my shoes before, so how do you guys deal with this?

    Thanks in advance, guys

Yeah, I guess so. Maybe whitehat is the only way to go?

It's just that people always say find a working method and then scale it up. Well, since about 90% of strategies/methods here are blackhat stuff, basically once you worked hard to become one of the big boys, you are not far away from getting banned by the networks. It sucks.

Well, I suppose you do want to get your money back, right? It's not like you can get the money the next day...

And it is just the content owners complaining about you? Maybe change a few parts of each post or article, then simply say that you picked up the article or post from a press release site, and if they don;t like it then don't look at your site. Also, does the traffic convert for the advertisers? The network might be getting a lot of traffic, but if it doesn't convert into sales for the advertisers, then it is of no use to them.

If you only change one thing or two, it still won't stop those people report me to the network.

Yeah, it not only converts, it converts well. The problem is, it seems that the network does not want to take the heat.

So maybe I should find some independent product owner who's OK with it?
