    Steuerberater/Unternehmensberater.

Depends on your preferences, if you want limited liablity you should stay aways from entities like a sole priop., a KG, OHG etc. and file for an UG, UG & Co. KG, GMBH or GMBH & Co. KG

If you are fine with being liable with your whole private assets, then you can simply stay a freelancer and just your pay corp. tax, income tax and VAT (if you have clients from germany or other EU countries that don't have reverse charge) - all you need is a Gewerbeschein and your personal VAT+Tax ID, but you don't have to pay IHK Fees, you don't need a Handelsregister Eintrag etc,.

thanks for that quick reply! I'm thinking about to go to a Steuerberater... thats the best way i guess. ;) But the Gewerbeschein is interesting, because of IHK fees. and thanks for the link its pretty helpful!
