    Hi BHW,
I have a blog that is doing fairly well about 75K visits per month. Although this is okay I know I can do much better (I would love to get those visits per day). Before Google Panda/Penguin I was doing about 125K visits per month. I would like to get back to where I was and better. I want to increase traffic, rankings, readership, conversions, and just overall performance. The blog is in the entertainment category. I just want some marketing strategy ideas (free or paid). What would you do to increase traffic and rankings of a blog that's already doing good?

Before Google Panda/Penguin I built hundreds of links using random web directories, social bookmarks, article repositories, etc. After Google Panda/Penguin I began paying more attention to the links I built and much less links are being built, but the quality is increasing. I'm now writing useful press releases, don't submit to web directories anymore unless its niche based and high quality, and I pay close attention to the links I build. But it seems my traffic is dwindling down still. I write about 5-8 posts per day. How can I increase my following, get more traffic to my blog, and improve rankings for even more keywords?

    thx

When writing your content, make sure its quality content, something people would wan to share with their friends. The. Try to build a social following on twiiter and facebook and other social media sites, then update those pages when you add new content.

You can always continue building quality backlinks, and working on your seo.

Thanks Brettehl. Good advice. I have about 1,300 FB Likes for my FB page and I think for the amount of traffic I receive I should have much more likes, so I definitely need to work on that. And Twitter I have only about 250 followers. What's some tips to increase organic "Likes" and "Followers". And is buying likes or followers every worth it?? I have never bought this and don't plan to. Thx.
