I tried to buy traffic for my social media services site but always got rejected. I tried CPC networks like Adsense and Bing.
Do you guys have any ideas where can I buy legitimate traffic for social media services site?
Thanks in advance for your help.

You can use SiteScout (which has Oprah and Martha Stewart, big in the US) and BuySellAds.com also. Just remember, even the traffic networks have to deal with fraud so use due diligence when picking any website to place an ad on.

SiteScout has a $500 minimum deposit and BSA only requires a couple bucks if I remember right, but again, you get what you pay for.

So your offering a social media service? Pretty self explanatory why Google and Bing rejected it.
