Hello and thanks for taking a look.

I have been a member on here for a while and, hopefully, a solid contributor. Sadly my mom has dementia and can not process much information at this point but she loves coming to my office and helping. Plus I provide her lunch :)

I'm looking for some ideas for SEO that she can do. I have had her follow people on twitter, copy and paste lead list for me from manta, and like pages on facebook. I tried to get her to manually post blog comments with spun content but the verifications at the bottom mess her up sometimes because they are all slightly different and she gets confused and frustrated.

What are some very easy SEO tactics that she could manually do that are very repetative and easy? Any and all ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance :)

I thought using scrapebox you can filter and get blogs without captchas? also you could put her to play games. :) Games are good for older folks with dementia. Keeps their brain active.

So I could get a scrape box list that had blogs with just the fields: Name, Email, Comment, submit?

i think you have to use one of the addons to do it like maybe the blog analyzer. its been a couple years so i'm a bit foggy on it. but i'm pretty sure it can be done.

You could make her post spun comments on Facebook, twitter, and Tumbler pages as well.

Thanks. Please explain a little more on your idea. Have her post comments with links and that kind of thing? Or updates?

well this is not really SEO, but social promotion,

Set up a good tumblr account make your page look nice and link it to your site, then you can have her just brows tumblr, find related stuff, like, re-blog etc. build up a following.

Don't have your elderly mother with dementia do your bitch work?

    This is seriously fucked.

You know someone with dementia, George?

The OP says she loves coming to the office and helping out. It isn't grunt work to her, it is a lifeline.

    Furious George,

I lot of elderly people want to still feel like they are useful, and they need something to occupy their time. My grandfather could hardly get around and he had cancer yet he still insisted on driving a damn tractor and combine.

My dad is retired, has a pacemaker, and lupus, and he goes insane sitting at home all day with nothing to do. He can't do much physical activity because of the lupus and because it's attacked his heart. I can guarantee you if there was something he could be doing to occupy his time that he would enjoy he would be doing it.

If the OP had "bitch work" that needed done, I am sure he'd have someone already doing it. He's asking for something to give her to do to keep her occupied.

    Reminds me of this.

Thank you to the two people who spoke up. George you are an ignorant little F*CK and people like you make me sick.

My poor mother sits at home all day because she can not communicate well with the outside world. Instead of having her sit in front of the F*CKING TV for 12 hours a day I'm looking for activities to stimulate her mind. You might want to look into stimulating your mind. I don't give a SH*T how many posts you have. Think before you type something you dumb F*CK. You think I would have my poor mother sit around and do bitch work. Trust me she would much rather be out running the company that she use to own, but can no longer work at because of her condition. I'm SERIOUSLY SO PISSED about your ignorant comment.

If you were at all a decent person, who maybe miss spoke because of your ignorance and lack of education on the topic of dementia you would delete your comment.

My great-grandmother had dementia. Please, save your "You don't know what you're talking about comments for someone else".

    I think it's sick. You're a sick fuck.

The guy who whores out his mom is mad at me?

    Plain and simple.....

You are trying to profit from your elderly mother who has a very serious mental disease.

    I think it's fucked up.

there is no profit needed to be made. Some simple tasks that make her feel useful.

George you are an absolute dumb fuck. Thanks for ruining what I was trying to make a nice thread to find some activities for my sick mother to do.

    What a complete jerk off

George, you don't know how serious the dementia is. Unless you do, you can't really make any judgments on what his mom can and can't do.

My great-grandmother had dementia. Thanks for your input.

I'm not judging what his mother can and cannot do.

I'm judging him for attempting to profit from an elderly woman with a serious mental disease.

Maybe if this works out, next he could go to retirement community and put all of those sick people to work too!

Sadly much much to difficult. She can do stuff like copy paste over and over. Hit the like or follow button. Sadly when I say simple I mean very simple, because she can not comprehend reading any longer. I did not think about setting her up with a pinterest or tumblr account and just have her click around. She would really enjoy the pictures and any videos.\

She owned an antique store for 15 years, up until about 5 years ago and had to sell it to her partner because she would just get to confused. She has always been a harder work and still wants to work. The actual condition she has is PPA. It's like Alzheimer, but you actually know that you are losing you mind. Hardest thing I have ever had to watch, and people like George are..... well I'm not going to get back into it.

Get her started on pinterest. Women love that site and she'll be able to interact with others.

Link some of the images to your MFA/affiliate websites.

Alternative suggestion: have her solve captchas
