    - You buy a VPN service, think of it as a remote server.
    - Create a new connection to that server.
    - Now everything flows thru that connection.

Most of VPN providers require you to download their client to establish that connection. But normally its not needed as windows has native support for VPN.

It may be costly, try google VPN services to get an idea.. I have my own VPN on a VPS for personal security and surfing privacy purpose (not for BH).. I suggest that some random IP changes would serve your purpose. Check out BHW proxies.

There seem to be literally hundreds of VPN sites around now, so best to shop around for coupon codes
This one isn't too bad, so long as its just for the month.

Bumping an old thread cuz I have a noob doubt about vpn. I was going to buy some private proxies to make new accounts, but then I realized I have a access to a VPN connection through ci sco anyconnect. I did that and checked my ip. It still shows everything same. Same city, same location. Nothing seems to have changed? Any suggestions?

It is free indeed. But I think you need to be pretty pro at tweaking its settings to be able to use it successfully. At least I think so. I tried making account from it and they got banned instantly.
