So i am still a novice at SB and this is how i assume i scrape article directories for amr.

I found this footprint on BHW which i use:
Article Beach:
?index.php?page=submitarticle?
?Articles with any spelling or grammar errors will be deleted?
?upload your articles and keep updated about new articles.?

WordPress Articles:
?If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have?
?Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate?
?Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar?
?Using Article Directory plugin?
?There are * published articles and * registered authors?
?RSS Articles? ?RSS comments? ?Recent Articles?

Article MS:
?Powered by ArticleMS?
?You do not have permission to comment. If you log in, you may be able to comment.?

Article Dashboard:
?By publishing information packed articles, you?ll soon enjoy?
?Use the articles in our directory on your website to provide your visitors?
?Member Login to Submit Article?
?login2submitart.php?
?submitarticles.php?

Article Friendly:
?Powered By : Article Friendly?
?submitart.php?

I add this to Scrapebox and start harvesting. I am not sure if it is a must to add any KWs or tweek any settings so i do not tamper.

After it finishes harvesting, i remove dups and trim to root and got my list that i add to AMR.

Can anyone correct me if i am doing something wrong? I own amr for a few months now and my live links are soo low. I ask and the response is: get new/more directories'.

Yes, this is what you should be doing. But if you add general English words as keyword, and use just 1 footprint at a time, you'll be able to find even more directories.

Use %KW% to merge with keywords and you should get more directories

Check out http://scrapeboxfaq.com/scraping - specifically the "How do I use tokens with the M (merge) option?" section.
