Eager to know more about it. How come google penalize only SAPE? its only SAPE or all foreign language links. I never used SAPE but my sites has foreign language links and its ok, din't got penalized.

guys, this is about sape. if you don't have sape links, you don't need to say your sites are ok.

no changed for most of my sites, few ups and few downs... may be you were hit due to lack in link profile/anchor diversity?

From my understanding only lower quality sape links were hit..

From my understanding SAPE doesn't leave much of a footprint? But I haven't bought any sape links. I guess G has enough money to go on a sape spending spree though if they wanted to send shockwaves to scare people. Or it could be they found some footprints to take it down. Interested to hear from more sape users.

    Nope, still doing fine.

Although I diversify where I get my links from.

Was it mostly footer links? mostly sidebar links? or a mix of both?

No hit SAPE sites up to now. Nearly 50 different campaigns, several different languages and all kinds of niches, over 400 keywords. No footer links, only sidebar and contextual ones, well-diversified link profiles (less than 10% with the main keywords), lots of naked, branded and generic backlinks.

No SERP movement for me other than #4 from #5. I can't believe you guys litterally can think that 'SAPE' was hit. Instead you should take a deep look at your linkprofile. How natural is it to have a linkprofile 100% of links like SAPE. Tell me.

You don't think that 675 000 websites that you could choose from can help you build a naturally looking link profile?

You go make a website 100% based of footer links and links in widgets placed on websites with 5-10 of the same links <- Because thats a very natural linkprofil.............. I stick with a percentage of my total links.
