a few days, I lost my website and $10 because dino_stark from fiverr, Before I buy the gigs him says This is safe from google panda, and penguin, and now my website lost, google says my website as spam, and I contact google group, and they still says my website as spam,

I've spent a lot of money for my website, and now I lost it,

I contact dino_stark and he never responded to my message, I try contact fiverr , fiverr promise will review gigs dino_stark

but Now I can't login in fiverr, I don't now why ? like fiverr was banning my account,

I guess fiverr won't do anything as long as he delivers what he promise, and that sounds like the case here... Sorry mate

man, you have to learn more about SEO and link building before blasting fiverr gigs to your main site! to be honest, this is not the fiverr guy's fault, its your fault. He delivered what he said, just because he says "yeah yeah its penguin/panda safe" it doesn't mean you can trust him.

sorry for the cold words, but its the truth.. you destroyed your own business

Very few gigs get complete removal of negative feedback and you can usually tell which ones they are. If my life depended on it I couldn't convince 1000/1000 people that the sky was blue, so if you see someone with 10k positive feedback and 0 negative reviews you can safely assume they are being removed.

as stated by ron.ray, fiverr won't do anything as long as he delivers what he promise, in his gig actually. I think fiverr team doesn't want to interfere any agreement between you and him as long as both of you respect the fiverr TOS

    Dear TomCruise,

from your writing style I presume you are a somewhat younger fellow. And that's good because you still have decent time to learn the game.

For the case here: congratulate dino_stark to be successful and learn your lesson: he banks, you don't; you are responsible, he isn't.

Now get over it, start a new project and succeed after all :)

    All the best

Hmmm... op, you look like a little liar...
You say: "him says This is safe from google panda, and penguin".
Well, I checked out of curiosity his gig and guess what: there is never specified "panda" or "penguin". Use search feature in your browser.

You say that you spend "lot of money" with your website. I suppose $10 is an example of "lot of money".
Your expectations are very high for $10: you want google penguin safe, google panda safe... What else do you want, a new car?

    LISTEN GUYS.

I've been saying this for months. Never never never trust a site that's already making you some serious skrilla (that's $$ money for those of you not familiar with American slang) with someone who is only getting paid $4 DOLLARS based upon supposedly valid reviews on fiverr.

Why would you jeopardize your hard work, hundreds of hours writing quality articles, coding, tweaking, and SEO and entrust all of that to someone making four dollars knowing full well that in the age of Negative SEO they could just as easily bomb your site. If they screw up your site they lose $4 bucks, do you think they give two craps? However, you can potentially lose EVERYTHING.

Before someone says it, I know there are quality fiverr sellers that do a killer job. The point is you have to look at it from a risk/reward perspective. You get what you pay for ALWAYS. Sorry OP, hope it's a lesson well learned.

buddy, he said he talked with the seller, not that the seller wrote on the gig that it is panda safe.

also, he said he spent a lot of money on the site, maybe he paid $100 or $500 in coding, or on site SEO, or web design.. no need to call people liars before you know the full story.

Gee Wizz Guy's, Here is the gig in question : http://fiverr.com/dino_stark/build-eminent-backlink-pyramid-with-5000-high-pr-profiles

There is more than 350 orders in the queue and more than 15 000 delivered without a single bad review ? That rings alarm bells to me like crazy.

Luckily I know that 5000 links with xrumer kills a site like a MotherF*ckr happens to me in early years. so take this as a learning curve and move on.

Nobody likes school fees but it is a must to live and survive.

    Good luck.

    Hi TomCruise,
I do gigs on fiverr and as stated by other as long as he has fulfilled he's gig fiver will not interfere with the situation between you and the seller. They Prefer for you to solve the situation directly with the seller.I did check he's gig and it does not state that it is "safe from google panda, and penguin"...You should always contact the seller to clarify things before purchasing a gig.

Oh, no, TomCruise is a Black Hatter ? No more money in Hollywood ?

BTW, as some guys mentioned, Never send any Unknown Services to your money site, this is not Hollywood my friend, this is Black Hat World

Go to Google, search and read a little about google/webmaster and try to unlink (tell them your competitors are looking to fire you from Online Marketing, as those from Hollywood did with you :) )

    Good Luck !

I'm pretty sure Fiverr will never remove negative comment from a buyer if the buyer does not agree to the removal IF the comment is related to the gig itself and not something totally irrelevant.
For example if his gig was about backlinks and you mentioned something like why the sky is blue, then your comment will probably get deleted.

Also, comments will only get deleted if he is a really established seller like this person with the rank of "Top Rated Seller".
They usually have very high chance of getting a negative comment deleted if they give a valid reason to.

Ignore it and move on IMHO.
