Fiverr Disabled My Account Because Of Other User

    Hey i must share this even if I'm in hurry.

    Yesterday they started fu***ng me and today i noticed that my account is disabled. Do you know why ? It's because other user ordered from me a promotional gig and attached some website (fiverr clone website) and because of that they disabled it. I didn't even delivered order to that guy I canceled it. How can this be possible?

    I worked so hard to maintain all positive feedbacsk and now this, uhhhhh!

    Wow, that was harsh from them. It was not your fault that he broke the TOS. I think you should open a ticket explaining the situation.

    I would contact them to explain ASAP, the longer you wait to contact them the less chance you'll be restored.

    You can try contacting them, but I have never heard of anyone succeeding in getting their disabled account back - once it's disabled, it's gone forever, I don't think that they are that much interested in hearing you out.... You should still contact them though, you have nothing to lose

    I just contacted them regarding such issues and this is what they said:

    I think you only have contact them, you shall not cancel the order by your own.

    Also, do as I told you previously, contact them and discuss your issue.

    It's sems that they are not reading what I'm saying their last response is:

    I didnt do that i didnt refered/promoted anything, why this... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Hey please check, what i promoted what? my account is disabled without reason... very nice...
    I didnt refered users to alternative services, I didnt, i canceled order and didn't delivered it.

    There is no mistake and your account will not be reinstated. Contact us in 45-90 days and we will allow you to withdraw your earnings.

    Contact them again and emphasize on that it was not your mistake and that you never requested such info. Tell them more about your gig and your relation to the buyer.

    Fiverr support is run by morons. Don't expect anything from them.

    Worst case scenario, you just create a new account with a new paypal email. Since you already have a system in place to process orders, shouldn't be too hard to rank your gigs back. Also, it's a good idea to have multiple accounts at fiverr and distribute your gigs over them, just in case they decide to ban your account in the future.

    What to do now? wait until 45 - 90 days to finished?

    If i were you. I will start make another account, multiple seller accounts.

    Make 1 stealth paypal Acc, Use only 1 fiverr seller account to withdraw.

    Transfer your funds to your real PP acc.

    DONE! while you are waiting... you still earn $.

    I had arround 500$ hardly earned, Uh I'm so angry.

    You are right they are morons, omg i can't belive how they are stupid. I'm talking about one thing they are responding with totaly another.

    Ok i wrote 2 pages in detail what happened so now i will contact them again.

    btw is there any other way i can contact fiverr, because theses from support are not friendly..

    It's a very common problem with fiverr. Their support is not programmed to think.

    You can get a seller banned by just sending him your contact info. :D.

    first of all this "As a community and a marketplace, we cannot accept undermining our community by referring users to or promoting alternative services" is a copy and paste reply from them. They are just support and this is what they are given (a script to reply with) They will not get into any discussion with you and are not allowed to and most of them barely have two brain cells to rub together ..Once your account is disabled its toast for good. They will not escalate any ticket to someone with more than two brain cells... and will ignore you or suspend your ticket. It's not just clone sites, even people promoting sites that are offering services that are sold on fiverr are considered competitors in many cases.. If you ask them they will never tell you or state openly what sites are considered competitors, until they ban and they will ban you. The last time they said to someone they were dealing with a competitor that was not a clone site legal action was started (by the buyer) and this was quite some time back. Ask them what a competitor is and see what reply you get, or don't get. Anyway their support staff are about as useful as a condom in a convent and its pointless trying to have any intelligent discourse with them.

    Fiverr support is fine. It very much depends how do you explain the problem you have. Excuse me but with statemants like "NOOOOOOOOOOO!" you won't make big deal. You have to sound very polite and very professional.

    I had problems too on fiverr (i.e.2 bad reviews on the same gig from a competitor and both was erased and that competitor was banned ; I also lost my level 2 due a costumer who called me names and after contacting support and explaining the entire situation I got my level back and finally I've got 4 scumbags who ask for refunds right after I delivered the orders claiming all sort oh shitty reasons for that. Again I contacted support delivered them some screenshots and explaining the problem and guess what? All of them were banned and I kept my money.) and every time I contacted support my problem was solved.

    It really DOES matter the way you talk to them and also you have to be very specific at details. Screenshots will also help you a lot in such kind of disputes.
