    Hi,
My ip has been blacklisted for spam even though ive done no spamming, i dont even have an email list lol so its mind baffling.

Anyway how do i go about changing my IP address i have virgin broadband and i connect through a router.

If i phone up will they be able to change it? Ive tried google but lots of people are saying i may have to wait till it expires? wtf?

You can try mac address change.
Go to your routers settings and see where is there mac address clone option.
    what's your router model

Just call virgin and tell them to change it for you or at least tell you how to do it. You have nothing to be ashamed.

Yes do this. I had Be There broadband and the IP lease times were forever.

You have to turn of the router, wait for the lease time to expire, then if someone else turns on their router, they may be assigned your old IP address, and you will get a new one.
