    Man,

I started really promoting some offers, and selling WAY more then RETURNS coming in - and my status dropped from a perfect account to near the worst at BORDERLINE status. What BS this is.. I am thinking of dropping CB and using others now.. what ashame..

What is your refund / charge back rate?

Are you perhaps overselling these products?

Are the products you're promoting have high refund rate?

Your account's quality rating depends on the % of refunds and chargebacks that you're getting. A refund rate of over 15% is a no-go, and so is a chargeback rate of over 1%.

Assuming you're promoting other vendors' products, rather than your own, I'd suggest you to take a close at the products that you're promoting and ditch the ones that have a high refund/chargeback rate.

I'm not so sure whether you can apply much logic to this algorithm. For me, the issue is chargebacks, as my refunds are fine. In the last 2 weeks, I haven't had any chargebacks, but I went from yellow to red literally overnight. I returned back to yellow after about a week, but my predicted chargeback rate is slightly higher than it was originally (up again today) despite a seeming lack of transactions that would account for the increase. The jump to red makes no sense, but I can potentially wrap my head around the theory that whatever day dropped off had more sales than today, while no chargeback transactions aged enough to drop.

Same as happened with me :( . Don't know what effect will it have on future charges.
