I found a very interesting on youtube a few hours ago while i was surfing videos on youtube
and i found out that there is someone commenting his link on youtube comments in shorter form like bitly

it is like this one mzz(dot)ycl(dot)me
(of course that is not the link)
i searched all over through google but it doesnt ahow

please help me if there is someone already know how to do this comments or shortening your link

It's possible that it is the commenter's own domain name.

The root domain could be ycl.me and the mzz is a subdomain.

I'm not sure if all popular URL shortener is flagged at YT. That is why using your own domain is smart solution.

i found it a mass comment with different comments but the same us on ycl(dot)me but change the mzz to others and it redirects to a .com domain
how is that possible?

You just said the answer. They have redirected the shortened link to their own .com domain.
