I am looking for a way to mass upload or convert MP3's with a jpeg image into flv or avi. Needs to be quick and easy. Can be software, script or online.

Looked at a couple of online ones but they're rubbish and freeze at 99% and I do not wish to use a video editor and do each one manually...
